Caller ID Change

I would like to change the name displayed on the caller ID. I helped my aunt get sonic for her house, but it's showing my name instead of her name.

Please send me your username, the telephone number, and the name that you would like the caller ID to display in a private message and I can get this updated for you!

My question is related in that the caller that shows on phones Thai am calling simply says "sonic.net" and not my name or number. I thought this was resolved in the last message i received from Dane?

Yes, that's not right. Please write support@sonic.net and they can route this report to the correct team member here for resolution.
