Cannot login to Sonic Communicator: Authorization failed

I have Sonic Communicator installed on two mobile phones in our household. This used to work without problems, but today we got an "Authorization failed. Please log back into your account" error when logging in on one (but not the other) phone. The error remains with the latest freshly installed version of the app. It turns out logging out on one device enables the other to log in, but it's impossible to get both phones online (both phones are on the same wifi network, there were no network or wifi configuration changes).

This used to work well. Were there any updates on the SIP or STUN infrastructure at Sonic? Anything I can do on the phone to collect debug information?
