Business without a working phone since last year!!!!!

I am at my wit's end. My business in Alameda has not had a working phone line since New Year’s Eve. This is causing me to hemorrhage money. My employee can not do his job without the phone. My clients now have my personal cell number. I have been a customer for about a decade. I am considering switching to another provider. I am very disappointed in the support ( or lack thereof) I have been getting from Sonic. Please come through I can not keep losing money.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your business phone line. A technical support agent reached out yesterday and left a message. It appears that we were able to schedule an AT&T dispatch for you tomorrow and then we have a follow up appointment with a Sonic technician scheduled for the next day if necessary. We're working to get this resolved as soon as possible for you.
