Voice Mailbox Disabled

I can no longer access my voice mailbox via telephone. I have tried all the options (*99, calling the same number, calling from a different number and pressing *) and every time after I correctly input the pin it says "Your voicemail account has been disabled. Please contact your system administrator." But my voicemail is not disabled according to the CommPortal and the support person I contacted said it was not disabled as well.

I would like to access the IVR menu tree but without telephone access, I can not do that.

It appears that you had been locked out of your voicemail box due to a recent PIN change. Our Network Operations team was able to unlock your voicemail box for you and we had a representative try and reach out to you via phone call.

If you are still experiencing issues please give our support team a call for assistance at (707)-547-3400 between 8am and 10pm PST 7 days a week.
