When I go to commportal, I get a quick flash of the commportal settings screen. They then disappear and are replaced by the members. See attached screenshot of better explanation.

Nope, just tried again and it is the same. I get a flash of the commportal settings page. I can see available for calls and then it refreshes back to a copy of the members page like my screen shot.
Understood. Thank you for letting us know. Can you please let me know what type of device you are using (Windows, Apple, etc.), what browser you are using to access Member Tools (Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge etc.), Whether you are using a mobile device (iPhone or Android etc.) or a desktop/laptop.
As well how you are accessing the Commportal Page. Are you logging into https://members.sonic.net/ then clicking the voice tab on the left-hand side and clicking your phone number under the Phone Number List section?
Are you using any saved bookmarks to access Member Tools, or do you load the https://www.sonic.com/ home page by searching for Sonic on your Internet browser?

Thanks for the help. I figured it out. It seemed to be a problem on my end with the browser. I tried a different browser and it worked fine. So I refreshed the browser that was causing problems and now everything is working fine again. I am not sure what happened to the browser to make it not work, but it is now fixed.
Sorry to have wasted your time on problem from my end. I should have tried the above sooner.
