DTMF Touch Tones suddenly not working during calls outside of Sonic's system

As of today, my Touch Tones are not working (except for calls to Sonic customers.) They were normal earlier this week, although I understand from the Sonic Blog that this issue has affected some customers since Sept 27.

The account uses FusionX2 DSL & landline service, over AT&T's lines in San Francisco.

We're sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with our service and we apologize for the delay in our response. Are you still experiencing the DTMF issue more recently? If this is happening outside of the Sonic system, it may still be the carrier being used vs the service provider enabling service. If you are still experiencing this issue, please contact our support team so we can investigate and work to resolve this for you ASAP. Have a great day.
