Unable to call to India landlines with Sonic Mobile Comunicator anymore

Hello! I frequently make calls to India and usually use Sonic Mobile Communicator to do so. However, for the last few weeks, calls never seem to connect - the same behavior seems to occur using my landline phones connected to my ATA as well. I don't have this trouble dialing the same numbers using Google Voice. Calls within the US don't have any issues. Any ideas what the cause may be?
