I would like to occasionally use the 411 code to get a friend's number without having to pay a fee. I didn't find the online white pages very helpful. I believe 411 was available in the beginning when we first got fusion but now we just get company numbers.

Because the vast majority of consumers numbers are either unlisted or are mobile (which are all unlisted), that hasn't been a very useful tool for some years anyway.
