Caller ID call from Sonic.net from Morgan Hill Area. Spam/Phishing?

Got a call from phone 408-825-2998 and the caller ID identifies the number as Sonic.net Inc, which is the Morgan hill Area--as far as I know they don't have an office in that area. No message left..spam call or are they checking the voice line?

Hello Mwon!
That number is not a Sonic number I can see on my side as well we are a company based in Santa Rosa , Ca. Most of the numbers we call from can be found at this
link or you might get a call from 707-522-1000!
