Just curious what I need to do to get my name to display with caller ID when calling people. Have had service for about a month and still displaying like that
You can update the caller ID by giving our support team a call at 855-394-0100 anytime between 8am and 10pm 7 days a week. They'll be able to create a request to change it. The new caller ID info that it displays has a max of 15 characters. If you have any questions let me know.
