Caller ID stopped working on landline?

It seems the caller ID is no longer displaying or announcing on my landline phone. I noticed it around the beginning of July but it might have started earlier. I've checked the phone's settings and made sure all that is on. Did anything change in Sonic's service that might have caused that?

It started maybe a year ago. Then came back briefly. Then disappeared again. It's very annoying. Caller-ID is a vital feature.

Figured it out! I had to reboot the analog phone converter box.
