Please block 1-628-270-1887

Calls 2x per day. Silence on the other end!

PS. Can you omit "0"'s and "O"'s from your confirmation code scrambler...very frustrating

1) In order to post a spam phone number on the forum today, I had to repeat the posting process 5 times, using hard-to-view codes, before I was able to "prove" I was a human. I can see having to try 1 or 2 codes, but 5? (I pity anyone with even mild vision impairment who tries to use the forum.)
- Why is this process even necessary when I've already logged in as a member?
- Perhaps you could allow members who have logged in to skip the Captcha code step, and require it only for guests?
- Perhaps you could make the codes easier to see?
Still, I do appreciate your use of alphanumeric Captchas. At least they are considerably faster to interpret (even if wrongly) than those endless series of images that might contain a bit of a bus, or a tiny sign, or a traffic signal that is indistinguishable from a lamppost.

2) Many times, I've logged in as a member, and then my post is rejected on the forum, because that username is "already in use."
- What is the correct protocol to use to prevent this?

3) Previously, to avoid these complications, I'd tried reporting a spam number by telephone, but was told I had to use the forum instead.
- Is this true, or was the customer service rep just overworked that day?

Please consider how you can make this process more user-friendly. It's bad enough getting spam calls - reporting them should be easier, instead of a further stress for your customers.

Thank you.
