Today -- the following 7 phone numbers, all with the same recorded message about health insurance -- "it's open enrollment - if you need health insurance, press 2" and when you do you get someone who asks "do you need an individual plan or a group plan?" Then I say, you're wasting your time and mine. I already have health insurance and that's __ calls so far today. And they hang up immediately and move to the next call.
