They called about my order with Microsoft that I made, and spent over $300. Problem is I never made that kind of purchase. I told them they had the wrong number meaning wrong person over and over again. He called me a *******. Which I responded telling him that is very business like, and then he hung up on me:(

I was told in a Facebook post on September 22 to report spam calls to this forum.

I have gotten two calls just tonight from "James" for "your local air duct cleaning company". Unfortunately they were from two different phone numbers.

The first number at 8:29 was 707-795-2017
while the second on at 8:46 was 707-795-1916

by the way your Confirmation Codes are way too hard to read. I am NOW on my FIFTH ONE!!! :(

"SAN FRANCISCO CA 415-792-6879" Robocall about a (nonexistent) student loan, on Oct 16 2018.

"SAN FRANCISCO CA 415-830-3931" on Oct 15 2018 (no message)

"Lau J 415-668-6688" Robocall in Chinese, on Oct 11 2018.

I understand these may be spoofed IDs, and hope efforts are underway to reduce spoofing. Even partial validation of caller IDs would be helpful.
