"Hello, this is Todd with the Medical Fulfillment Department ..."

It's an emergency medical alert sale spammer. I'd guess they're pretending someone already bought the device and needs to pay for it. But we hung up.

Yeh, we accidentally answered the home phone on this one, which we've about quit doing.
