So -- is there an AI programmer at Sonic who could help out here?
Someone who could code up a virtual receptionist to answer our phones, make whoever's calling actually put a human being on the line, and chat them up a bit -- inquire after their health, and find out their location and then pretend to be interrupted (doorbell sound, wailing child, a variety of other options) and nevertheless express interest in the crap being pushed, and ask for a callback number?
Basically the approach being used in email.
Like this:

I'm sure customers here would contribute voices and sound files to rotate in.
It could become a salable product for Sonic to offer to other ISPs.
Key would be having enough variability that the robocall programmers can't build in recognition.
