It turns out the call from 707-542-2859 may not be a robocall, but it is spam. "Elizabeth" just refuses to stop talking no matter what you say. I've gotten at least a dozen calls from her, all from different numbers over the last several months.

She just called again, not to my home phone but to my business line (both are Sonic Fusion). This time she called from 707-321-2001, and I just kept listening to the spiel to see where it would end up. Her pitch is that I stayed at one of their resorts (I never did) and therefore qualified for a "super discount" on another stay. When she asked if I was interested I realized she might not be a robot, so I asked, "Are you a human?" She said she was and quickly hung up on me when I let her know I was displeased with the constant harassment.

Block (925) 494-7161. Getting calls every couple of hours for the last three days.
