The first number is from Baker Places, which is a residential treatment center for patients with HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, or mental health issues.

The second number belongs to a Alisha Gahn who lives at Ordway St, San Francisco, Ca, whom I don't know.

Apria healthcare. Recorded robot voice message tells you that you are delinquet on payments and to do all sorts of shady sounding things to remit payment. Figure it's spam though the company exists.

Could somebody assemble an archive of robocalls, and set up an answering recognition service that listens for any familiar robocall and terminates it, and asks any non-robocaller to please leave a callback number?

If AI can do face recognition, can't it do robocall recognition?

I picked it up thinking it was a neighbor.

15 seconds of silence with faint static, then an accented woman's voice (Chinese?) said "Goodbye"
and the call hung up on me.

WTF?

I really wish Sonic would build a robot/AI receptionist to screen these calls.
Record the opening sound of all the calls coming to every customer who's signed up,
and count the occurrences of the same script being read (or silence)

Any human being would understand "Calls are being screened, please hang on for a moment"
