Spam number block requests post here

Over the span of 20 minutes this afternoon, my answering machine has picked up three separate but same suspicious calls. The recording sound like spam with "call us for Apple computer issues". (I don't have any apple devices, nor apps that I know of.)

Looking at my Sonic telephone log, one number is listed as anonymous. The other two are:

Same here. This afternoon we have been clobbered by spam calls from 866 numbers. The recording says our Apple account has been breached. The numbers themselves are spoofed but the message is always the same. Caller ID says "Toll Free Call"

I called Sonic Support - apparently there are ways to block incoming calls from specific numbers but no way to to specify numbers with wildcard characters (866 *** ****, 800 *** ****, 888 *** ****).

Sure would be nice to be able to block incoming toll free calls. Change the blocking parameters to accept wildcard characters. Most of these calls are spam.

Please make the confirmation codes easier to read - I have tried 4 times so far. One would start to think you are trying to discourage people from posting.
