I've spent about an hour on the sonic website trying to find out how to add a number to the SPAM list. None of the screens I access look much like the screens on the instruction pages. Sonic support suggested posting the message on the forum.
The number is 707-538-7890 and the Caller ID is Sonoma Surgical. The number is not the actual Sonoma Surgical Supply number.
We've had multiple calls from the same number so it's not one spoofing various 538- numbers. We don't answer, and it rolls to voicemail where a robocall tells us about how we can reduce our credit card interest to zero.
Caller indicated that they were the IRS and that there were problems with our taxes. Wanted us to call back and set up a payment plan to resolve the issues
Persistent, calls everyday, same message.
fills up the message bank with a recorded message minutes long.
I just hang up on first ring, get immediate call back.
Please block 818-616-8563. They call incessantly for insurance sales for medicare. They started at 6am and did even apologize for waking me up and have called me every hour on the hour the whole day.
I just got another of those New Jersey calls and the "please call us back" number in the voicemail matched the displayed caller I'D.
Is that enough confirmation for Sonic to start intercepting/blocking that number if so is Support reading here to collect numbers? Or should I email the voicemail to support as proof?
