Desktop Communicator - pop-up Accept/Reject when dialing phone call from Member Tools

Desktop Communicator version

I just installed Desktop Communicator and have the following issue:

When logged on to my Member Tools account and dialing a phone call via Voice/CommPortal a pop-up appears with two buttons: 'Accept' and 'Reject' (along with the Desktop Communicator ringtone). Also, the phone number being dialed is displayed on the pop-up as 'Call from', not 'Call to'. The call will not complete until I click 'Accept'.

This behavior does not occur when dialing a call from the installed Desktop Communicator app, only from Member Tools.

I have attached a screen shot.

Is there any way to disable this pop-up?

This is the intended behavior for the Sonic Desktop Communicator App. The app and Member Tools are connected and if you try to make a call while the app is open it will give you this prompt. Please let us know if you have any other issues.
