Robocall, about vague "bills": "... we will help you lower your bills. so if you want to lower your bills, press one, if you don't want to lower your bills, press two. ..."

Dead silence. Either a misconfigured robospam server or a scouting call building a list of accessible phone numbers.

Today, September 4, 2022, we received the same robocall on our voice mail, 4 times in a roll. According to the voicemail, the calls were from this number:

These are the times of the robocalls:

2:06 p.m.

2:42 p.m.

2:59 p.m.

3:23 p.m.

I hope you can trace and stop these calls. The calls say that we ordered something from Amazon and that to hit 1 if we did not order something from Amazon and to hit 2 if we did.

Of course, we know not to hit 1 or 2. We delete the messages.

Also, this same type of call occurred last month.

Thank you.

Spam call asking for "the lady of the house".

by rockridge98 » Wed Sep 28, 2022 9:50 am
You can put these numbers on your own "reject list" yourself; open the CommPortal, click on voice and pick the phone number that's getting the spams, click on "reject selected" then "reject list". type in the phone number to be rejected, click "add new" then "OK". It's not perfect, but NOMOROBO misses a LOT and spammers have automatic number generators that are totally bogus. A never-ending battle...
