A user is saying 415 664 1198 is a spam number. No hits on Google

Just got a 25-second blank voicemail.

We've gotten multiple calls with caller-IDs that use our 3-digit exchange number, a recently common spoofing tactic, so I doubt the claimed number is real. Each call if answered is just silence on the line.

But the voicemail left by the caller is unusual.

Is there any point reporting caller-ID numbers here?
Or should we just assume they are faked?
