Question for Sonic -- can you block caller-id "PRIVATE CALLER"?

They've been ringing our home phone several times a day for a week and never leave a message.

OR, is there anything I can find out for you if I answer the call that would be helpful?
Any way to trace the call if I keep them on the line and call Sonic Support?
