We are trying to receive a fax. We get an e-mail that says we have a Fusion Voicemail. And the record of our client attempting to fax us shows in the fax area of our account. But we're not getting the faxes. Help?

Have you set up a FaxLine number (here: https://members.sonic.net/fax_rx/) and is the sender using that number?
