Sonic.net

I currently have Sonic service that is not tied to a physical address and I would like to have access to a phone number. The only option that I have found so far is the iNum network (http://www.inum.net/) and I am wondering if Sonic is interested in either joining the network or using/adapting the technology for its own uses...? I'm assuming that iNum is open source with the second option. Thanks!
