FAX didn't send...

Sent two faxes...one with 11-page PDF, another was just a cover page. Never showed up in the 'status' page a couple hours later. Hoping someone can take a peek and see what's up. Thanks in advance.

Hello Alan,
The most likely cause is that there was an error in the way the form was filled out, for example when you attempted to send a fax with just the cover sheet it would have said "Please select a file" next to "File to Fax (PDF or TXT)." It looks like your fax from this morning sent without issue though.
