Can't Receive Fax

Hey, Sonic Folk:
I need to receive a fax, but the sender has--three times--been unable to get it through; she gets a server busy message.
In the past, I've been able to send and receive faxes here (thank goodness), but something seems off today. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you remedy it?
