611 self-service tool down

The self-service tool accessed by dialling 611 from a Sonic Fusion DSL line seems to be down: after dialing 611 and selecting option 2, the call just disconnects. That's been the case for a least a few weeks now. Can it be fixed?

Thanks for reporting this. It looks like the service has been having some trouble after a recent server migration, but that should be resolved. Copper-based Fusion services should now be able to use the tool correctly, but we're still working on a bug where the self-service option is being presented to Fusion FTTN and Fiber products when it shouldn't be.
