The current design of the page for sending faxes is problematic. The screen does not display the full location/name of the file to be sent, and if your fax is to consist of several pages not in the same file (as might be the case with scanned forms which need to be returned) there is no way to be sure that all pages have been included.

Would it be possible to redesign the page so that individual pages (files) could be listed with complete identifiers so we can be sure that everything we want to send is being sent?

Thanks,

Paul, at this time it only supports faxing a single document so you'll need to combine the files on your end or submit them as multiple faxes. If a scanner supports scanning to pdf I'd be surprised if it didn't also support scanning multiple pages to one pdf.

I use acrobat to combine PDF files into a single doc. It's even possible to do this by simply selecting all of them in the folder and right clicking to reveal "Combine supported files in Acrobat..."

A good list of tools for working with PDFs can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PDF_software

Some of the tools are free.
