I have a PHP script launched by cron on a regular basis. I want it to use PHP5, so I specify /opt/php53/bin/php in the cron command. That library has moved or is not available on sh.sonic.net. Does anyone know where it might be found?

My cron job interacts with a mySQL database running on timber. Will any of the shell changes affect that?

Thanks, John

Hi,

The default php is version 5.4.16. Will that work?

Code: Select all

$ php --version
PHP 5.4.16 (cli) (built: Nov 15 2017 16:33:54)
Copyright (c) 1997-2013 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.4.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2013 Zend Technologies
As far as I can tell, mysql should still work with databases on timber (which is now an alias for custsql.sonic.net).
