Not receiving incoming fax

Hi,

We have sent faxes from multiple different fax-machines to our Sonic Lab Faxline number. Even using the Lab fax itself. The history shows all of them. Though some as successful, others as unsuccessful. However, none of the email recipients we have set up has ever received any fax notifications. We have checked Spam filters, etc. We do not receive the fax notifications.
Please advise.

Oliver, I've reviewed our logs and we're sending on the messages to the configured address. The remote mail server is accepting the messages so it looks like it is somewhere on your end. I've sent you a copy of one of the logs.

I apologize, I did find the emails in a secondary greymail folder. Sorry about that.
