fax line doesn't receive all faxes

Hi,

So I was sent three faxes that were each 2 pages long from the same number today.

Two of them were forwarded to my email, but the third was not. Is there a maximum number of pages I can receive/day and is it less than six?

Any idea what's going on?

There aren't currently any limits on the number of faxes that you can receive. We are seeing a higher number of inbound faxes fail than is expected and are looking into to possible causes and solutions to the problem. It would be helpful to know if the third fax was reported as failed by the far end.

I've made a change to the way that our inbound faxes are being handled on our end and I'm hopeful that this will substantially reduce the inbound failure rate. I'll be watching this for the next 24 hours or so and will report back.
