Can't re-connect to VPN

Hello, I used to be able to connect to VPN.sonic.net easily, but now I receive 'authentication failed" message. Please help

Taking a look at the authentication logs you were failing to auth due to incorrect password, however later in the day I see you passing auth. If you're still having trouble connecting to the VPN please let us know.

I recently had to go here: https://wiki.sonic.net/wiki/VPN_Service to install the new VPN client.

As the previous Cisco client failed to authenticate.

At failed login, this system message was received:
Authentication Failed
SESSION: Your session has expired.
Please authenticate.
