We have an e-fax account set up and when we get faxed over something, only about 10% of the time we actually receive the fax in the 'Notes' section, usually it will say 0 pages received, and no email. This doesn't seem to be a mistake on the sender, as this has been an issue with various fax numbers, (about 8 different numbers).
Every time we try to troubleshoot this issue over the phone and get a test fax from sonic, it always works and we receive a email with the attachment.
This has been an issue for several months.
What should we do?
