Fax fails repeatedly due to "nul output converting pdf"

I have been trying to send a .pdf fax (643 kb) and each time it fails with the error message 'null output converting pdf.' I have no idea what that means or if there is something I am supposed to do. HELP!!

Have same problem "null output converting .pdf" (size: 27kb) (test to tech support was 18kb)

Tried half dozen times. Sent one as test to myself that worked but test I sent to tech support failed.

We are looking into this. I will post an update once I have found a solution.

Finally sent the fax, but ran into the same problem this morning trying to send another fax (136 kb). Tried twice but no luck.

I just received two of these errors in a row.
