I have Bonded Fusion (2 DSL lines) with 3 or 4 people on my LAN.

My measured performance is: 5.3Mbps up, 1.2Mbps down, 30 m jitter, 2ms latency.

I'm still using a Zyxel modem (I have a new Pace but it's useless because it doesn't
support port mapping which I absolutely need for external access to machines in my
lab, but that's a different story).

Several of my users rely heavily on Dropbox and when they do I have problems
with upstream saturation blocking upstream ACK packets and killing downstream
performance. I've been trying to figure how to prioritize ACK packets my upstream
transfers.

Any suggestions on upstream ACK prioritization or other strategies to fix this
problem?

many thanks,

Hi,

I am sorry to hear about the trouble. We are actively working with Pace on better QoS rules implemented by their firmware.

Having better QoS algorithms on the Pace won't help the OP since he's using the Zyxel. But there is nothing wrong with port forwarding on the Pace. There are many resources on the web that inform how to do that properly.
