Can't Receive Fax

I have an incoming fax number on my sonic account, 707-823-xxxx, set to forward to my sonic email. I rarely use it. Someone tried to send me a fax to that number this morning but it wouldn't go through (she said her fax machine said "no answer"). I tested the fax line by sending a fax to that number from a neighbor's fax machine and had the same problem, no answer. Customer support said they do not support lab services, but recommended posting to this forum. Any suggestions?

Ken, due to an error in our number provisioning system the number you were allocated did not actually belong to us at the time it was allocated. That error was fixed pretty soon after the tool was launched and I thought all users that ended up with invalid numbers had been contacted and had their FaxLine numbers reallocated. I've gone ahead and done that for you now, I'm sorry for the trouble.
