The Fax service is great for basic faxing which is really the only thing one needs in todays day and age. I do have a request. it would be nice if we could separate the loging from the main account to only loging to the fax account. This way of another person needs to use the fax it does not have access to all the other information. Thanks.

Hans, if a mailbox account logs into the membertools they can send faxes and the logs show up in the logs for the primary account. The mailbox account cannot view the (combined) logs. It doesn't make sense to try to hide the activity of a mailbox account from primary account (ie, the person paying for it. Ideally, the mailbox would be able to see its own logs but there are some implementation details that make that challenging.

While, our FaxLine service is not available to a mailbox account, our Send a Fax feature is. You can pseudo create FaxLine features for mailbox accounts by assigning the receipt address in the FaxLine tool to the mailbox account's address. By doing this, you've essentially enabled sending and receiving of faxes by mailbox accounts. Sending faxes is enabled by Send A Fax, and receiving faxes is enabled by a FaxLine in the master account. Hope this helps!
