I tried to get a FAX line and was told "We were unable to find any
available numbers in your area."

Is this a temporary condition which will be fixed?

Lots of customers down here in Monterey who would like the FAX service!

thanks,

We don't have any plans to expand the number footprint to Monterey - we instead offer numbers in nearby areas that we do have network, for example San Jose or San Francisco. The tool provides links to these options.
