Send A Fax sending multiple duplicate faxes

We are having an issue when we send 1 fax to a recipient, the recipient gets 5 separate copies of the fax. I tested it by sending a single fax to myself, and I received 5 duplicate copies as separate faxes within 10 minutes.
Please help! Thank you

Hi, thank you for reporting the multiple copy issue with the Send-A-Fax tool. I can only imagine how annoying it would be to get not one, but as many as 5 copies of every fax! Our System Operations team has found a potential fix that should stop the issue you were seeing. Please do let us know if you're still getting reports of multiple copies.

Just to chime in. I had the same thing happen this week. It said that the fax failed, however it sent multiple copies. They person I sent it to called to tell me they received multiple copies.
