Open VPN failing (again)

Open VPN is crawling again ... takes an endless time to connect and then produces 2.6 Mbps download speeds. This is becoming a problem as I noticed when scanning this forum.
Sonic is aware of this .. will you be able to resolve this??? If so, is there an ETA?
Could you please respond to the users reporting VPN issues?

Super slow download speeds here too - around 1mbps. Upload seems closer to normal. Same issue with beta.vpn.sonic.net.

Sorry for the recent problems with our openvpn server. Please let me know if these issues continue, either by replying to this post or by emailing
support@sonic.net and referencing this post so that the issue can be assigned to me. Thanks for choosing Sonic! Here is some info that I just posted in another vpn thread on our forum:
