Port Forward my Hub

Hi, I use a remote Insteon to turn on my office Heaters from my phone which is on ethernet and can't access it through ethernet.
When trying to login to modem to set up port forwarding I get a forbidden error. It was working on previous modem but recently replaced and not working.
