Avatars?

Were we going to have avatars in the forums?
Also: Time on these forums doesn't seem to correct for DST...might need to set it to UTC-7.

It should be correct. You can change your timezone settings in your profile. At the top of the page choose: User Control Panel -> Board Preferences
