Fax test to self: "successful send" but no receipt

I just signed up for a fax line, got a confirmation, sent a test fax to myself, got a "successful" email message, but haven't received the fax for over an hour. I'm I being impatient or does it not take that long?

It normally only takes a few minutes. Once you have the "successful send," the fax should be in the mailbox.

Double-check the address that you configured via Member Tools to ensure there are no typos. Once that's confirmed, then check your spam folders, filters, etc.

Yeah, thanks, but I pasted the phone# given. And nothing in spam, no filters.

Did you confirm the email address entered into the fax line configuration?
