Yesterday a truck crashed into the telephone pole across the street from my house taking the entire pole done. It also severed the wire that went from that pole to pole directly infront of my house. When I was leaving for work this AM AT&T just pulled away from the newly installed pole. Unfortunatly the severed cable wasn't swapped out, as there is nothing comming from across the street and the old cable is hanging from the pole in front of my house and coiled on the ground.
Sadly, your CS person will not help me get the wiring to the pole fixed unless I'm standing infront of the modem. While I'm not at home, I do have family there without telephone and internet service. Should I just call AT&T since they own the copper?
