My apartment appears to be in a relatively saturated area for 2.4GHz signals and I've noticed my WiFi from my Pace 4111N isn't performing well. As I have no choice but to rent this gateway router from Sonic, can anyone comment on whether it supports a 5GHz band? I don't see anything about it in the settings.
No, unfortunately it does not.
The Pace unit does automatic channel selection, but I wondering if in a busy environment it might pay to see what else is out there, and manually make a selection.
