Day 2 without internet and was told by a SONIC rep the earliest AT&T could dispatch someone out would be Saturday. Its not just internet, its TV and phone service also. I feel like this day and age not having these services is unacceptable. I hate Comcast but I can set up an appointment and have them INSTALLED before AT&T would even come out. I contacted SONIC they did the normal troubleshooting and nothing works. The people I spoke with were at least very sympathetic but sorry the amount of money we’re paying for the level of service I expect better. Am I the only one without service????
