Hi there,
I live in Sebastopol (95472) and I'm moving just down the street. It's looking like I'm going from Gigabit fiber to a TOP speed of 40mbs... is this my life now? I like Sonic a lot and love seeing the company grow and expand service into other cities, but will there ever be an infrastructure upgrade for long time customers who drew the short straw location-wise?
Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful the service is even available at all, but when competitors are offering twice the speed for 3/4 of the price it's stretching the limits of my brand loyalty. Is there any hope for me?
