San Mateo fiber blocked by PG&E?

Anyone else get their pre-order cancelled in San Mateo? Called back and they said something about PG&E poles in my area not being able to support the weight of the fiber cables... Just wondering if I have any options rather than just waiting.

How did you know it was cancelled? It looks like I got a credit back for my $50 preorder...not sure if that means it's cancelled?
